This page gives the current use notice for PTC. A full counsel-reviewed Type Explorer terms package should be published before broad public onboarding, rewards, data licensing, or paid integrations.

Permitted Framing

PTC is intended as a utility token and settlement rail for Type Explorer and related data-rights workflows. It may be used for consented data-license settlement, privacy-rights receipts, marketplace access, API credits, and ecosystem rewards under published platform rules.

PTC must not be represented as equity, debt, company ownership, a claim on profits, a promise of investment return, or a guaranteed exchange-listed asset.

User Responsibility

Verify contract addresses before using any wallet or market.
Understand wallet, private-key, gas-fee, and blockchain risks.
Review applicable risk, privacy, and tokenomics pages.
Do not use PTC to violate privacy, data, consumer-protection, sanctions, or financial laws.
