PTC should settle receipts, not expose private data.
The PTC rail is designed around user authorization, data-license boundaries, and privacy-preserving receipt references.
On-Chain Boundary
Private personal data should not be placed directly on-chain. Public blockchain records may include token transfers, wallet addresses, timestamps, transaction hashes, receipt IDs, or other non-private references. Those records are public by design and may be permanent.
Data Rights Rail
Future PTC data-rights workflows are expected to use scoped authorization, revocation, license terms, minimal disclosure, and proof receipts. A PTC transaction alone does not grant permission to use private data. Permission depends on the actual consent, license, and legal basis tied to a workflow.
Current Public Site
This PTC public page is primarily an informational token page. Full Type Explorer application privacy terms should be published before broad public onboarding, data licensing, or authorized-agent workflows.
